Cancellation Policy
I get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify me if the appt is within 24 hours. Otherwise, you may cancel or reschedule your appt in your online portal.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in losing your deposit but may go towards your rescheduled appointment. No-Shows will be charged 50% of the service total.
